A delightful sushi bowl featuring fresh tuna and creamy avocado on a bed of seasoned rice, drizzled with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sushi rice, cooked
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 200g fresh tuna, sushi grade, thinly sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- Nori sheets, cut into strips for garnish
Instructions:
Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until the sugar and salt are gone
Add the vinegar mix to the cooked sushi rice and mix it together gently
Put the rice that has been seasoned into bowls
Put avocado and tuna slices on top of the rice
Put soy sauce and sesame oil on top of the avocado and tuna
Put toasted sesame seeds on top and nori strips on top of that
Serve right away and enjoy!
