Easiest-Ever Grilled Veggie Burgers



These grilled veggie burgers are packed with flavor and easy to make. They're perfect for a meatless barbecue option and are sure to satisfy your burger cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and condiments for serving

Instructions:

In a food processor, combine the black beans, cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, grated carrot, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper

Pulse until the mixture is well combined and starts to come together

Form the mixture into 4 burger patties

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking

Place the veggie burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they have nice grill marks and are heated through

Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two until they are lightly browned

Assemble the veggie burgers by placing lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the bottom half of each bun

Top with a grilled veggie burger patty, and add your favorite condiments

Finish by placing the top bun on the assembled burger

Honey Lemon Chicken with Angel Hair Pasta



A quick and easy recipe for honey lemon chicken served over angel hair pasta, perfect for a delicious dinner ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

Add chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside

In the same skillet, add honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and minced garlic

Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens slightly

While the sauce is cooking, cook angel hair pasta according to package instructions

Slice chicken breasts into strips

Serve chicken strips over cooked angel hair pasta, drizzle with honey lemon sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley

Classic Grilled Cheese



Feel good with a grilled cheese sandwich. This recipe is easy to follow. The outside is just right, and the inside is gooey.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

Place a slice of cheddar cheese between the two slices of bread to form a sandwich

Spread butter on the outside of the bread slices

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat

Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until the bread turns golden brown and the cheese melts about 3-4 minutes per side

Remove from the skillet, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve
