Creamy and refreshing, this avocado ice cream is a delightful twist on a classic treat. The richness of avocado pairs perfectly with the sweetness of coconut milk and honey, while a hint of lime adds a bright, citrusy flavor. It's a healthy and indulgent dessert all in one!
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Put the avocados in a blender after you peel and pit them
Together with the lime juice, salt, honey or maple syrup, and coconut milk, put them in the blender
Mix until it's creamy and smooth
Put the mixture in an ice cream maker and churn it for as long as the maker's instructions say to, which is usually between 20 and 25 minutes
Moving the ice cream to a container that can go in the freezer is the next step
Freeze for at least two hours, or until it is firm
