Ingredients:
- 1 cup ruby chocolate, melted
- 2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Melt the ruby chocolate and chop the strawberries together in a bowl
Heavy cream should be whipped in a different bowl until stiff peaks form
For the whipped cream, add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix them in well
Put half of the cream mixture into a baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper
Half of the ruby chocolate and strawberry mix should be spread over the cream mix
Put half of the graham cracker crumbs on top
Add more layers with the rest of the cream mixture, the strawberry and chocolate ruby mixture, and the graham cracker crumbs
Put it in the freezer for at least six hours, or until it gets hard
Cut the bars into pieces and serve after they're frozen
