This recipe for garlic butter shrimp is quick and easy, but it tastes great. Great for dinner during the week or having people over.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a big pan over medium-low heat
Put garlic minced and olive oil in the pan
For about one to two minutes, cook until the garlic smells good
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper after adding them to the pan
About two to three minutes on each side, cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque
Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving
