Ingredients:

- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon black pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Set Instant Pot to saut mode and heat vegetable oil
Add garlic and ginger, saut for 1-2 minutes until fragrant
Add beef slices, brown on all sides
In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper
