Easy Grilled Ginger-Soy Lamb Chops



Impress your guests with these succulent grilled lamb chops marinated in a flavorful blend of ginger, soy sauce, and other aromatic ingredients. Perfect for a quick and tasty barbecue!

Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, honey, and sesame oil to create the marinade

Place lamb chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them

Ensure even coating and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
