Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1 can 10
- 75 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz bowtie pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
Stir in the tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup, water, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
In a greased slow cooker, layer half of the meat mixture, followed by half of the uncooked pasta, and then half of the shredded mozzarella cheese
Repeat layers
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until pasta is tender
Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired before serving
