Maple Sesame Cashew Butter Cups



Enjoy these tasty Maple Sesame Cashew Butter Cups, which are a great treat you can make yourself and are good for you if you follow a paleo, vegan, or gluten-free diet.   • 1 cup cashew butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions:

Put the avocados in a blender after you peel and pit them

Ruby Chocolate Strawberry Ice Cream Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ruby chocolate, melted
  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:

Melt the ruby chocolate and chop the strawberries together in a bowl

Heavy cream should be whipped in a different bowl until stiff peaks form

For the whipped cream, add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix them in well

Put half of the cream mixture into a baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper

Half of the ruby chocolate and strawberry mix should be spread over the cream mix

Put half of the graham cracker crumbs on top

Add more layers with the rest of the cream mixture, the strawberry and chocolate ruby mixture, and the graham cracker crumbs

Put it in the freezer for at least six hours, or until it gets hard

Cut the bars into pieces and serve after they're frozen

Slow Cooker Cherry Chipotle Pulled Pork Sandwich with Cilantro Lime Slaw



The cherry chipotle pulled pork and cilantro lime slaw in this sandwich recipe go well together because they are both sweet and smoky. The whole thing is served on a soft bun. This dish is great for a meal any time of the year.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat
  • 1 cup cherry preserves
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 sandwich buns, split
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a slow cooker, combine cherry preserves, minced chipotle peppers, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper

Mix well

Add the trimmed pork shoulder to the slow cooker, turning to coat it with the sauce mixture

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork

While the pork is cooking, prepare the cilantro lime slaw

In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper

Toss until well coated

Refrigerate until ready to use

Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks

Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir it into the sauce

To assemble the sandwiches, place a generous portion of the pulled pork onto the bottom half of each bun

Top with a spoonful of cilantro lime slaw and cover with the top half of the bun

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 large eggs

Mix the butter and sugar in a different bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans

In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients

Mix well until smooth

Stir in the boiling water until the batter is thin

Don't worry; it will be quite liquidy

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Remove the cakes from the oven and allow them to cool in the pans for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes, remove the cakes from the pans and place them on a wire rack to cool completely

Apple Spice Cupcakes with Salted Caramel Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup grated apples
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • For Salted Caramel Frosting:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat your French Press to 350F 175C

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves

In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well with each addition

Stir in the vanilla extract

Mix in the grated apples and applesauce until well combined

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with sour cream, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients

Mix until just combined

Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners and fill each liner 2/3 full with the cupcake batter

Bake in the preheated French Press for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean

While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare the Salted Caramel Frosting

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the 1/2 cup of butter

Stir in the brown sugar and cook for 2 minutes, until the sugar has dissolved

Stir in the milk and salt, and bring the mixture to a boil

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly

Gradually whisk in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until the frosting is smooth and creamy

Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, frost them with the Salted Caramel Frosting

Keep cooking for one more minute

Put in vegetable broth, diced butternut squash, and red lentils

Bring up the temperature
